Appraisal Associates of W. PA, Inc. was founded in 1989 by William J. (Bill) Smathers and his wife Carrie E. (Beth) Smathers. We serve most of North West PA including the following Counties: Clarion, Venango, Forest , Jefferson, Clearfield, McKean, Elk, Cameron as well as northern portions of Armstrong, Butler and Indiana Counties. We specialize in residential assignments of all types including estates, luxury homes and homes with excess land.
